Not included

International flights, visas, Maasai Mara reserve fees, premium drinks, exclusive vehicle, departure-day lunch, balloon safari, Wilson – JKIA transfer on Day 5, tips. Safarilink Cessna Caravans have steps only (an aisle chair or carry is needed) and camp vehicles are not adapted. Olare Mara Kempinski is a tented camp; step-free access to tents is not stated, so ask us and we will check with the camp. Villa Rosa has lifts; ask us about accessible rooms.

Good to know

Prices are per person, in US dollars, for non-residents. Rates are confirmed at booking.
Ask us for resident (KES) rates, children’s rates, festive and Easter dates, and longer stays.
Flights are on scheduled services (minimum passenger numbers apply) with a 15 kg soft-bag baggage limit. Collapsible wheelchairs and mobility aids travel free; tell us in advance.

Accessibility

Light aircraft board by steps, so wheelchair users need an aisle chair or a carry on board; we arrange this with the airline. Camp vehicles are usually not adapted. If you need step-free boarding throughout, ask us about the road version of this safari in our adapted Land Cruisers. Tell us about your access needs: we check rooms, bathrooms and paths with the lodge before you book, and can arrange wheelchairs, shower chairs and other mobility equipment.
