Fly north to the Born Free country of Shaba, on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro, and look for the Samburu Special Five: Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, Beisa oryx and Somali ostrich.

Day 1: Nairobi – Shaba
Fly from Wilson Airport to Kalama airstrip and transfer to Sarova Shaba Game Lodge. Afternoon game drive.
Day 2: Shaba
Garden breakfast with bubbly, then morning and afternoon game drives.
Day 3: Shaba – Nairobi
Morning at leisure, then fly back to Wilson Airport.
